Seems like the rumors have been verified. A post over on Slowtwitch by one of the Setup Events guys confirms that they will be running a full Iron distance early November 2008.
So I say we all crash Squeekys beach house and gear up for a hell of a cap to the race season next year 
Swim starts in Wrightsville – point to point (possibly a barge start) – then on the bike almost to White Lake – then two laps of the local half run.
Official website goes up along with national advertising on or around October 1.
